Cancellation Policy
If you have registered for class and decide you cannot attend, we ask that you cancel your registration through the web or mobile app 24 hours prior to class time.
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before class time is considered a no-show and this class will still be removed from your account. Thanks for your understanding!

Before you arrive…
- Change into your practice clothes at home and bring your own mat.
- Prop rentals are currently unavailable. If you need a mat or props and do not have the means to buy a new one, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to help you.
- If you have signs or symptoms of illness like unusual coughing, sneezing, fatigue, fever, please stay home and reach out if you need assistance.
- Please use the toilet at home before you arrive.
At the Den…
- Upon arrival, there are individual waiting spots marked on the floor for you to know where it is optimal to sit or stand as others come and go. Please respect 2-meter distancing.
- Check in at the front desk and proceed directly to your cubby spot to set your things down. (Your cubby number is the same as your spot number).
- Make your way to the studio and to your spot to get settled.
- Tune in, and let go- enjoy your practice, know you are safe and cared for!
- For easeful exit, please let the teacher file out first, followed by those closest to the door.
- Please use hand sanitizer whenever needed.
- The toilets are for emergencies only.
