How to access your new account
- You can access your new account by heading to book a class, logging in with your email address on file at the Den, and selecting “forgot password.” This will prompt you to create a new password and sign a new waiver.
- Once completed, you will be able to view your account.
- If you had a pass that was valid as of March 15, your account has been topped up with a Den credit which is pro-rated based on the remaining value of your old pass.
- With this credit, you can proceed to buy a new pass and book into your favorite class!
