Registration limited to 1 spot per person per class. If you’d like to bring a partner or a friend, please ensure they register with their own account. This helps us keep records and waivers of everyone in the studio- an important aspect of our commitment to following provincial health and safety protocols.

Our Yoga Alliance Teacher Training programs that features Trauma Sensitive Yoga components- educating teachers on ways to make yogic practices more accessible and healing to individuals, regardless of their lived experience
We offer several low cost or by donation Trauma Sensitive yoga and mindfulness series and classes taught by local Counsellors and Doctors
Our studio is a social enterprise with all profits going towards the programs run by the Fernwood NRG Including affordable Family Housing, Child Care Programs and Local Food Security Initiatives
We offer our space and partner woth local non-profits to create acessible yoga programming
